What Memephant is
Memephant is local-first project continuity software designed to help you store project context, generate user-controlled exports, and move work between AI tools without repeatedly rebuilding context.
Memephant is currently early-stage software. Features, pricing, availability, cloud services, and generated outputs may change as the product develops.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the projects, notes, files, exports, and content you create or store in Memephant.
- You are responsible for reviewing exports before pasting them into AI tools, social platforms, or public channels.
- You should remove secrets, credentials, personal data, confidential information, and regulated data before sharing exports.
- You are responsible for following the terms and policies of any third-party service you use with Memephant.
Exports and generated content
Memephant can generate Context Passports, Launch Studio content, Build Updates, Daily Content Packs, Project Blueprints, and other structured drafts from your project context. These outputs are aids for your review. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or need editing before use.
You are responsible for any exported or public content you choose to copy, publish, send, or paste into another service.
No professional advice
Memephant does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, security, compliance, or investment advice. Do not rely on Memephant-generated content as professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Memephant to:
- break laws or violate third-party rights;
- store, publish, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful material;
- attempt to access another user's account or cloud data;
- attack, overload, scrape, or interfere with Memephant services or third-party services;
- use exports or generated drafts in ways that mislead others about authorship, facts, or endorsements.
Accounts and cloud features
You can use core local features without an account. Optional cloud backup, billing, subscription, and account-management features require sign-in and may depend on Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, or other service providers.
Memephant may suspend or terminate access to account-based services if needed to protect the product, comply with law, prevent abuse, or resolve billing/security issues.
Billing
Memephant is free during early access for public users at the time this page was updated. Paid plans may be introduced later. Where billing is available, payment and subscription management are handled through Stripe-hosted flows. See the Refund / Billing Policy for current billing notes.
Availability and changes
Memephant is provided on an as-available basis. Local features may continue to work without a network connection, but web, cloud sync, auth, billing, update, and support flows can depend on third-party services and may be interrupted.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Memephant is provided without warranties of any kind. Memephant and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the product.
Third-party services
Memephant is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, Ollama, Stripe, Supabase, or other third-party services unless explicitly stated. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
