Refund / Billing Policy

Memephant is free during early access for public users at the time this page was updated. Billing infrastructure exists so paid plans can be introduced carefully later.

Current billing status

Public early access is currently free. The product includes Stripe integration for hosted checkout, customer portal, subscription webhooks, and subscription status lookup, but public paid plans are not the main launch flow yet.

If paid plans are introduced

Where billing is available, payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing flows. Stripe may process payment method details, customer records, invoices, tax-relevant billing information, and subscription status. Memephant uses Stripe and Supabase records to understand which plan is attached to an authenticated account.

Cancellations

If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation should be available through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically remove your local project data.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Memephant does not promise automatic refunds in all situations unless a specific paid plan or jurisdiction requires it. If something was charged in error, a billing flow failed, or the product materially did not work as expected, contact us so it can be reviewed.
